When will my listing go live?

Usually within 2-4 business days after we receive your request and submitted files.

Can I cancel at any time?

Your subscription runs annually. Cancel in writing via the general contact form or by email at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.

Which file formats do you accept?

Logos and photos are submitted in SVG, WebP, JPG or PNG format. Videos are submitted separately in MP4 format, via WeTransfer.

What if my file has the wrong format?

We will contact you and ask for a new version in the correct format. This may delay activation of your listing.

Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?

Yes. Contact us and we will arrange the switch, prorating the difference for the remaining term.
